Marisa Mikrut is the Founder & CEO of Media Innovation Labs. Marisa has an established career across premium video, specializing in large enterprise B2B product commercialization in the advanced video ad tech and media supply chain spaces.

Her non-traditional path starting in linear tv ad sales then stepping into network content strategy provided a unique perspective as Marisa transitioned to the technical side. Her expertise from video composition through monetization is unique and has afforded her the opportunity to work deeply across various parts of the video space. Her deep industry experience grounds her perspective pragmatically; large-scale enterprise companies face a unique set of challenges, especially in the ever-evolving landscape of AI.

Marisa is a firm believer in responsible and ethical technology deployments. Her approach is deeply aligned in her values: enterprise adoption of generative AI should be ethically-driven, human-centric and distributed, not monopolistic. Responsible AI is the only way forward.

A lifelong Product Manager, Marisa drives simplicity in a world of complexity. She has held roles in the largest media organizations like Warner Brothers Discovery, Paramount and Comcast and brings a unique, holistic perspective to generative AI for enterprise, specializing within the premium video space. She is currently an Executive Masters of Science in Technology Management at Columbia student, expected to complete her studies by the end of 2024.

Jamie Duemo is the founding Chief Technology Officer of Media Innovation Labs. With an established career as a technology executive specializing in enterprise media, Jamie’s sharp engineering approach paired with her video industry expertise has driven worldwide innovation. She is the co-founder of Dynadue Technology Partners, and has provided consulting services across DIgital Supply Chains, Broadcast, Streaming/Direct-to-Consumer and AdTech workflows.

Starting initially as a master control operator at a PBS affiliate in Florida, she volunteered for every project possible to get more experience. And, as it often does, one opportunity continually evolved into other opportunities. Over the following 25+ years, Jamie has worked within live production, broadcast, data and asset management, AI/ML and streaming workloads (on premise and in the cloud) on behalf of major enterprise Media & Entertainment companies such as Warner Bros Discovery, Comcast, Paramount, BBC, and PBS.

As an Engineering Executive, she takes immense pleasure in transforming technology and the people who operate the technology. Jamie currently resides in Houston, TX.
